Easy Fruit Cobbler


1/3 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 stick Butter, cut up
Fruit or Berries

Dot bottom of ungreased 8x8 pan or baking dish with butter. Mix flour, sugar, milk and baking powder together. Pour over butter into pan. Spoon the fruit over the top of the batter leaving room for the batter to come up to the top between the fruit. Bake 50 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
You can use a can of prepared fruit filling if you like in place of the fresh fruit.
