Peanut Butter Pie


1 1/4 cups Chocolate Cookie Crumbs
1 cup Sugar 1 Tbs. Softened Butter
1/4 Cup Softened Butter
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Heavy Cream (whipped)
1 (8oz.) Pkg. Cream Cheese (softened)
1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
Grated Chocolate (optional)

Combine cookie crumbs, sugar and 1 Tbsp. butter for crust. Press into a 9" pie plate. Bake the crust for 10 minutes at 375 . Remove pie crust and cool. While pie crust is baking, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, 1/4 cup butter and vanilla until mixture is smooth. Fold in the whipped cream. Gently spoon mixture into your cooled pie crust. Garnish pie with grated chocolate. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
